On the 20-June-2024 Guzman y Gomez joined the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) trading under ticker ‘GYG’.
Guzman y Gomez (GYG) completed its Initial Public Offering, opening with an initial market capitalisation of $3 billion, making it the the largest IPO on ASX since 2021.

“In 2018, after meeting Steven, we could see that GYG could be a great fit for TDM’s long-term investment philosophy. We loved the product and we loved the team. At the time, and still to this day, the Guzman Y Gomez business is perfectly aligned to what we look for in an investment – enduring growth prospects, growing competitive advantage, an incredible and passionate team and a shared set of values with TDM.
Tom Cowan, TDM Growth Partners
The proceeds of the raise will support GYG’s growth strategy, including the Australian and overseas expansion plans laid out at its Prospectus.
