Tom founded TDM Growth Partners from his one-bedroom apartment in 2005, driven by his admiration for investing philosophies like those of Phillip Fisher and Warren Buffett. Nineteen years later, Tom leads the team alongside his co-founders and best mates, Hamish and Ben.
Tom has an obsession for building and investing in incredible businesses, specifically in the consumer, healthcare and technology space. In addition to his role on the TDM Investment Team, Tom supports our portfolio through board and advisory roles. Currently, on the boards of Guzman y Gomez, Rokt and League.
Aside from his hobbies of hunting down quality coffee in foreign countries and reading annual reports at all hours of the day, Tom is a dedicated dad who loves golf, hitting the ski slopes and playing cricket in the nets with his three boys.
